  • Browse through our wide range of medications and select the ones you need.
  • Add the medications to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Complete the payment process securely, and you’ll be redirected to the next step in the process. 

Step 2: Fill Out the HIPAA Form

After placing your order, you’ll be redirected to a secure HIPAA-compliant Medical History Form. This form is essential for us to understand your health needs and to ensure your safe and personalized healthcare. 

  • What is the HIPAA Form?
    The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) ensures your medical information is encrypted and secure. This form collects important details about your current health and medical history.

  • How to Fill It Out:

    • Enter accurate and up-to-date information about your medical history, current medications, allergies, and any other relevant details.
    • Submit the form once completed. 

You can also access the HIPAA Form anytime under the “My Account” section. 

Step 3: Book a 15-Minute Consultation

Once your HIPAA Form is submitted, it’s time to schedule a consultation with one of our licensed medical providers. 

  • Navigate to the “Consult with Doctor” option available in the header menu or under your “My Account” page.
  • Choose a convenient date and time for your 15-minute call.
  • Confirm your appointment. 

During the consultation, the doctor will review your HIPAA form, discuss your medication needs, and provide expert guidance tailored to your health requirements. 

Step 4: Access Your Account

Your “My Account” page is your central hub for managing your orders, forms, and scheduling consultations with your medical providers. 

  • View your order history and track the status of your current medication order.
  • Access and update your HIPAA Form as needed.
  • Reschedule or manage your consultation and follow-up appointments. 

The “My Account” page ensures you stay informed and in control throughout the process.
